It allows you to use your elbow, as well as your knees to attack your opponent. Muay Thai is a great form of Mixed Martial Arts, but you better be in good condition to try it.
Karate is originally out of Japan and uses many moves such as punching and kicking. Karate is widely known and people of all ages love what it brings to the table. Movies helped karate become the popular Mixed Martial Art it is today.
Boxing began from around 3rd Millennium BC. Boxing is basically where fighters use their fists in competing with each other. It is a very popular Mixed Martial Art with various ways of winning. This includes the Knockout, Technical Knockout, Decision, and rule breaking. Boxing has twelve rounds with 3 minutes in each round. It is very important to use hand and wrist wraps along with boxing gloves in this completion to help protect yourself.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is originally from Japan and is a Mixed Martial Art that spotlights grappling and ground fighting. This form allows the weaker opponent to overcome the larger opponent. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a full contact sport that focuses on grappling. It allows you to be graded by different belt colors. The colors used for adults include: White, Blue, Purple, Brown, and Black. The colors used for juniors include: white, yellow, orange, and green.
