A Perfect Punch Review

The perfect punch is the next item in my series on As Seen On TV products that work. It is a rare treat to find things advertised on infomercials that actually live up to their own hype, especially when it comes to fitness products.
This is why I'm so excited about the Perfect Punch MMA training gloves system. It is one of the newest fitness products to hit the market and it is really something. First of all, when I saw it, it just looked cool. Mixed Martial Arts is the hottest sport on the planet these days and the gear that goes along with being a fighter just oozes coolness. Every guy in the world secretly wants to be able to fight whether they admit it or not, and to my knowledge this is the first product which works on punching technique.
This is not one of those crazy products that promises six pack abs or complete fitness without lifting a figure, this product combines shadow boxing with progressive resistance training to enhance striking technique while increasing speed and creating more power. So, in essence, it could be a great workout. But there is no denying that by the looks of the commercial, this is not a sit still and get fit system. You are gonna work!
This is probably why the Perfect Punch falls into the As Seen On TV products that work column, because there is no promise that this item does the work for you. You use it and it trains you to punch properly and pushes you to edge of exhaustion if you keep going.
In case you have never seen this product advertised here is a description. It is comprised of high quality MMA training, two resistance bands an MMA training video done by Fitness Celebrity Jay Glazer. It is basic and easy to use which makes it even more appealing. But does it work? How do I know? I'm not a professional fighter. But, I am someone who wants to get in shape.
Other than the fact that this was created by Jay Glazer who is an MMA trainer in addition to his broadcasting duties for Fox Sports, it is endorsed by MMA Fighter Dan Henderson I have no real proof that it will make a user a better fighter as far as technique, power and speed. Only time will tell as more fighters use it. But, from the standpoint of a normal person looking for a great workout, I can say that without a doubt, this thing works.
From the first time you glove up and start punching you can feel the burn in your shoulders and arms. After a minute or two, you are completely wiped out. It is amazing that real fights have 3 minute rounds because it is extremely difficult to keep striking for that amount of time.
The more you use the perfect punch, the stronger you will get. The progressive resistance with every blow is responsible for this and also responsible for increasing speed. There is a form feedback strip on each glove that lets you know if your technique needs work. The dvd is good enough to keep you motivated and provides an excellent workout routine for any level. So in my opinion the Perfect Punch system has it all. Simple, Effective and Fun. I smell an As Seen On TV smash hit which will probably cross over into the stores but again, only time will tell.
